INCLUDED IN YOUR BOOKING: - Table with four chairs - Wi-Fi - 65-inch flat screen TV (guests can bring HDMI cable to connect to TV) *There is no parking on-site FOOD & BEVERAGE Hosts are allowed to bring in their own food/ drinks. Alcohol is not permitted in the space. No food services are provided onsite. Guests are responsible for disposing of all trash left in the space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
