The backyard has a pool with water features, a Large Gazebo with an 80" HD TV with a sit-up bar, and a Firepit with couch seating. Large side yards for catering events. All no maintenance green turf. Backyard lighting for evening events, Big screen TV for your Super Bowl, or just Sunday football events. Areas for Corn hole events coolers and an outdoor small fridge for cold beverages. Grill, Smoker, or pizza oven available for an additional charge. But full Chef catering is available upon request.

The back yard before event is cleared and cleaned. Everything is wiped off of dust and debris. Garbage cans are around the property to keep garbage at bay.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
