About the Space

Our bright, sunlit meeting room is perfect for team meetings, workshops, presentations, and brainstorming sessions, comfortably accommodating up to 15 people. The space has adjustable temperature controls and windows for fresh air. Each booking includes complementary access to a Smart TV with HDMI connectivity, high-speed internet, and a large whiteboard with markers. You are welcome to bring your catering, and we also provide complimentary coffee, tea, water, and oftentimes home-baked goods. Located in vibrant Williamsburg, The Brass Factory is just a 6-minute walk from the Bedford L and Lorimer L/G subway stations. The surrounding area offers an array of shops, restaurants, bars, and hotels. Our on-site concierge is available to assist with setup, ensuring your meeting runs seamlessly. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
