General Rules
1. No Smoking: This is a smoke-free environment. Please respect the space and keep it healthy for everyone.
2. Noise Levels: To maintain a professional atmosphere, avoid loud noises during business hours (9 AM - 5 PM). Keep conversations and activities at a moderate level.
3. Respect the Equipment: Treat all podcasting equipment with care. Any damages may result in additional fees.
4. Clean Up: Please tidy up after your session. Leave the studio as you found it.
5. No Food or Drink Near Equipment: Keep all food and drinks away from the recording equipment to prevent spills and damage.

All couches and chairs can be arranged to your liking, there are marks on the ground where original placement should go for ideal camera angle.

Health and Safety Measures
Podcast Room Cleaning Process:
1. Wipe Down Surfaces: Clean all tables, chairs, and equipment with disinfectant wipes to remove any dust, fingerprints, or smudges.
2. Vacuum/Sweep: Ensure the floor is free of debris. Use a vacuum or broom as needed.
3. Organize Cables and Equipment: Tidy up any cables and return equipment to its proper place.
4. Empty Trash: Dispose of any trash in the provided bins.
Note: If you clean the room and provide photo evidence of its condition, no cleaning fee will be charged.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
