About the Space
Located in Houston’s East End Art and Cultural district, just 5 mins away from Downtown . 4 self car wash bays with foam brushes and power washer guns in each. 3 vacuums available on site. Bay walls and vacuums have been painted and get repainted every 6 months. Ideal space to shoot with cars and models. Red neon lights can be turned on for a vibrant night look.

Can fit 10 cars on the lot. Free street parking. Parking lot close by
General Rules
No street closures, only utilize the car wash and not the other lots across the street without permission. Do not damage the brushes or power washing gun while shooting. No loud music after 10PM
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Property has cameras onsite. The one closest to the storage room has audio.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All areas are disinfected and cleaned regularly. Areas are cleaned before and after events/shoots .
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
