There are no windows in this space.

There is not much in the way of traffic as the photo studio is in the back of the building. There is a podcast studio in the next studio so if the podcast studio is booked, the photo studio may pick up some ambient noise. There is also some ambient noise from the AC.

Stairs, Elevator

There is no loading zone. There is a ramp for wheelchair and dolly access. There is a large parking lot near the front entrance giving ample space for loading.

The photo studio is situated in the Media Annex next to a "Glam Station" and waiting area for staging and additional guests.

Rules for PeerSpace Bookings 1. No Smoking Policy: For the health and comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 2. Catering Flexibility: Feel free to personalize your event by bringing in outside catering. We welcome your favorite chefs and food services to enhance your gathering. 3. Alcohol-Free Venue: To ensure a safe and inclusive environment, alcohol is not permitted on the premises. 4. Decorations: Decorations are welcome but the use of nails, screws, or anything that could damage the walls is strictly prohibited. Additionally, the use of confetti, sparkles, or any minute material that may be challenging to gather once deployed is also prohibited. All decorations must be approved in advance and removed immediately after your event. 5. Noise Level: Please be mindful of noise levels to ensure a positive experience for others. All music or presentations must be kept at a reasonable volume. 6. End Time Compliance: Events must conclude by the designated end time as specified in the booking agreement to ensure timely cleanup and respect for subsequent reservations. 7. Furniture and Equipment Use: Furniture and AV equipment are available for your convenience. Please handle with care and return all items to their original placement at the end of your event. 8. Waste Disposal: Guests are responsible for ensuring that all trash and recyclables are placed in the provided bins at the end of the event. Keeping the space clean and welcoming for everyone is a top priority for all guests. 9. Security and Safety: For the security of all, guests must follow all posted safety guidelines and report any emergencies or issues to the host immediately. 10. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the venue, except for service animals with prior notification to the host.

Furniture should remain inside the building and be put back into place before the end of the shoot. Wall decorations can be removed with approval.
