It is the best meeting place for friends and/or companies that want to relax from the daily routine. It is the ideal place for artistic performances. We have an stage and an ideal atmosphere. we built from scratch. Located very close to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, in the new neighborhood of Quantum Village, a exciting destination combining the best of art, shops, restaurants, pools, bars, residences, entertainment, and events Situated on Federal Hwy. with frontages along a winding, landscaped NE 5th Terrace provides an oasis of green, shaded pedestrian walks and courtyards. The space spans 1,682 sf surrounded by plenty of natural light, having a capacity for 100 people inside the establishment. A spacious place, which has tables, chairs and comfortable armchairs as well as a stage with instruments within reach of everyone.

It was a great space, and Andrea was super accommodating. She allowed us to move furniture to suit our needs and jumped in whenever we needed anything. The food and drinks were great as well!

This place and Andrea were both amazing!! Great communication and accommodation for our event. We had some changes with the size of the group and were still accommodated with in a great manner. Host was so helpful with getting electronics figured out for presentations and navigating any questions we had. We will definitely be using this space again
