About the Space

Welcome to Our Backyard Oasis! We look forward to hosting your special event. We specialize in hosting Family Reunions, Family, Office, and Friends Gatherings. We offer you a Large pool area with a diving board of 12 feet. We have many extras including a LARGE Pavilion with 2 Grills, Plenty of coolers, Over 100 chairs, and plenty of tables for use. We also have an outdoor Area with 3 TVs to watch or stream your favorite movies or shows. The outdoor area has plenty of space for gathering and entertaining and your guests will think they are in a Private Resort when here.

All Areas are cleaned Prior to each event. Pool is also Shocked Before and after each use.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
