At Be Beyond Great Tumbling Studio Event space, we offer convenient on-site parking with a full lot that accommodates 20 to 30 vehicles. Whether you're dropping off or picking up your child, our spacious parking area provides easy access to the studio, ensuring a stress-free experience. With plenty of spots available, you'll find parking hassle-free and convenient, even during peak times.

General Rules

Building Rules for Events: 1. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the building. 2. Outside Catering:Outside catering is allowed. Please ensure that all food and beverage arrangements are made prior to the event and that the space is left clean. 3. No Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted inside the building after [insert time]. Please adhere to this rule to ensure compliance with our policies. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have security cameras installed in key areas for safety purposes, monitored 24 hours a day. -Reception Area: A camera is placed to capture all activity as clients and students enter and exit the studio. - Back Room: A camera in the back room monitors any storage or private areas, ensuring they are secure at all times. - Tumbling Area: Cameras are positioned to cover the entire tumbling space, recording all activities on the floor. These devices remain on at all times, providing continuous monitoring to ensure a safe environment throughout the studio.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Cleaning Process for Events: We prioritize cleanliness and hygiene to ensure a safe and pleasant environment for all guests. Here’s what you can expect: 1. Pre-Event Cleaning: The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your event. This includes disinfecting surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas. 2. During the Event: Our staff will conduct periodic checks to ensure that the space remains clean and tidy throughout your event. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests to use if needed. 3. Post-Event Cleaning:After the event, our team will clean the space again, focusing on removing any waste, disinfecting surfaces, and restoring the area to its original condition. We ask that guests help by disposing of trash and keeping the space organized. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated and helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable gloves
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
