You will have a private 2 car Garage with remote access, as well as lots of free street parking.
General Rules

-No parties
-Pets are allowed. However, they must be trained
-No smoking inside of the home, there is a $350 fine.
-No parking on the driveway, please park in the garage or on the street
Use facial wipes to remove makeup. Any use of towels or bedsheets will be fined.
- Check-in. is at 4 PM.
- Check-out is at 11 AM.
On top of the wine cooler counter, you will find a garage/gate remote. It gives you access to both. The first button opens the gate, while the 2nd opens the garage.
Return it to this location when you checkout.
We suggest you always close the gates behind you and lock all doors as you leave the property.

Our professional cleaning crew uses the required grade of disinfectants and cleaning detergents through each check-out. Our mattresses, and pillows are covered for added protection and washed with clorox bleach always.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
