Back yard and Dock outdoor space only, with Ocean/ River and pool view. Want to celebrate your wedding, birthday, team building activities, family reunion, baby shower or a cookout get together? Photography session with amazing sunrises or sunsets. A cocktail in the evening with soft music, Engagement ceremony. Available space for seating 48 people and around 6 tables. Decoration includes chairs white covers, sashes, table runners, floral decorations, centerpieces. Event space is outdoor only with access to the restroom. Ask the Host for the Great Deal "Event package"! Note: This is an outdoor venue and the only access to the house is to the Guests restroom. If you need to keep prepared food in the kitchen area please let us know in advance and we can accommodate. If you need access to a room for the bride/ groom to get dressed or for artists dressing rooms, backstage to rest, change, and prepare between productions please let me know and we will discuss options. We also have an Airbnb available onsite.
