DESCRIPTION: The 1000 sq ft space features a custom full kitchen with the latest appliances, a living room set, and a sound-proof podcast booth (fully equipped for video or audio podcasts). Price includes all of the video, photos, and audio equipment for you to use during your shoot! - Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Had a fantastic experience at this production space. It was clean, easy to use, well structured and they offered free delicious coffee! David, the owner and host, was extremely helpful in getting us setup. We were there to record a video and audio podcast. Everything was there for us! 110% recommend.

Great space! Clean, easy to utilize, well lit, well set up prop rooms — I used the space for a photo shoot, shots came out great!

Great location and versatile space! Glad to have this spot in the area, parking and access was straightforward and our host was excellent. Plenty of space to work and distinct areas for different production needs.

Production spaces are a dime a dozen in Brooklyn so this one, hidden behind a classy cafe with exactly the right vibes, is a real find. The podcast studio is much roomier than my usual setup at home (it fits 4 comfortably) and it’s visually so much nicer to film in. Looking forward to using the filming space with kitchen and living room setups the next time I book (which I hope to be soon)! Everything was clean and new. Pro tip: the same owner runs both the production space and the cafe, so you have access to great coffee (at reasonable prices!) the whole time you’re there.
