About the Space
The space consists of a 5 x 6m cyclorama that is 4.2m high. With the ability to drive cars into the space, aswell as roll equipment in and out access is a breeze. The space can be used for product launches, photo and video shoots, podcasting space, baby showers etc With a cafe sharing the same complex a coffee and catering is only a few steps away. We have lighting available to use for shoots and can see how the space has been used further on our socials. 2 Change rooms are provided plus a bathroom and kitchenette

General Rules
Rules:
No smoking in the building
Outside catering is allowed
No alcohol allowed after 8pm BUT please check with us on the event prior to assuming you can have alcohol for your event.
Respect the space as it is shared with other creatives.
Do not include:
Cleaning Fee - Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host.
Contracts - Peerspace bookings are covered by our Service Agreement.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
CCTV outside and inside the premises, in the cyclorama and event space, they are always recording unless requested
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
It is expected guests leave the space clean and tidy as they found it. Excessive marking to the cyclorama, dents or damage will be charged
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
