It’s designed for live recording sessions, whether you're tracking vocals, instruments, or other audio elements. Control Room: Located adjacent to the main recording area, the control room houses our mixing console, audio interfaces, and monitoring equipment. It provides a comfortable space for engineers to manage and fine-tune recordings. Isolation Booths: We have two isolation booths for recording vocals or instruments separately, minimizing bleed and maximizing sound clarity. Lounge Area: A relaxing space for breaks or pre-session discussions. It’s furnished with comfortable seating and has a small kitchenette with refreshments. Daily Cleaning: Our team performs thorough cleaning of all high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and countertops, at the start and end of each day. Sanitization: We use EPA-approved disinfectants to sanitize recording equipment, studio surfaces, and common areas. This includes wiping down microphones, mixing consoles, and chairs after each session. Deep Cleaning: Weekly deep cleans are conducted, focusing on carpets, upholstery, and hard-to-reach areas to maintain overall cleanliness. Ventilation: We regularly check and clean air filters and ensure proper ventilation to maintain air quality. Restrooms: Restrooms are cleaned and restocked with supplies multiple times a day to ensure they are always in good condition.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
