Located in the Logan Square area in a historic firehouse built in 1886, this tastefully rehabbed space allows any event to shine, with a bright, open layout and modern fixtures and amenities. The natural light-filled space includes a chef's kitchen, oversized island with seating for 13 (and room for additional high top tables), gas fireplace, and pool table. It also includes an additional meeting space for 7, making it the ideal spot for internal meetings or hosting clients. Additional features include two modern restrooms, high-speed WiFi, an espresso machine, dishwasher, a top-of-the-line sound system, and much more. This second-floor space is perfect for photoshoots, commercial or film productions, off-site meetings, dinner parties, wedding party prep, private parties, and more. Please note that this historic building has no elevator and all guests need to access the event space via a 2 story staircase.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
