Our luxury studio is a 1000 sq. space with modern classic design elements for content creation. It is perfect for photographers, videographers and influencers. Our studio rental features a beautiful living area, floor to ceiling windows, natural lighting, backdrops, and much more! Our goal is to provide a clean, affordable and unique space where creatives can bring their vision to life, where ART is YOU! Included in rental: -Wi-Fi -Trendy Lighting Mirror -Soft Velvet Black Sofa -White buckle sofa -Dinning Table -Geometric Coffee Table (2) -Creative Side table -Beautiful Vases (2) -Three Ceramic Pedestals -Clothing Rack (2) -Makeup Chair -Backdrops (white and black) -Black table with wheels -Photography chairs ( 5) Our Studio Has Great Natural Light, however there is studio lighting equipment as well. By booking this studio, you are agreeing to comply with all of the rules listed below. YOU MAY NOT MOVE permanent furniture (SOFA, DINING TABLE) around for any reason to avoid bodily injuries, damages and booking schedule interruption. Please no standing or shoes on furniture. A $100 FEE will be charged via Peerspace if furniture is moved from original place after booking. Please Understand Our Goal Is Create And Maintain A Safe And Clean Environment For All Our Guests. ----PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE STUDIO GUIDELINES PRIOR TO BOOKING--- *Security camera on premises for: guest safety, damages, theft and extra charges. All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
