The space is 1000 sq. ft. and equipped with a kitchenette (fridge and microwave), and bathroom. We have WiFi, chairs, tables, and A/V speaker equipment on-site. - 2 tables 24/24 inches - 2 table 30/71 - 1 table 30/96 - 2 tables 24/48 - 40 chairs If this is a PUBLIC EVENT, we'd be happy to promote it through our newsletter, which reaches approximately 500 people in Hoboken. This service is offered at no cost. There is a lot of surrounding metered street parking and an affordable parking garage less than a 5-minute walk from our space. Food & Beverage Policy & Space Details: -Alcohol is permitted -We do not provide food and beverages, but outside catering is allowed and we have an on-site kitchenette. -No confetti or balloons with confetti inside. -We are an ideal flexible space and have hosted writers' workshops, book clubs, comedy events, wellness/fitness events (yoga, dance, etc.), reception events (engagement, wedding, anniversary, etc.), and birthday parties (puppet shows available for extra cost). We pride ourselves on being a non-profit bookstore and a community space that hosts many different events. RATES: $80/hr We can accommodate up to 50 guests in our space. Set up and break down time must be included in rental time. We have hosted many kids' birthday parties. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
