Basic Rules for Event Rental 1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building. We value the safety and comfort of all our guests and maintain a smoke-free environment. 2. Outside Catering: Guests are welcome to bring in outside catering for their events. Whether you prefer a specific catering service or wish to self-cater, you have the flexibility to choose. 3. BYOB Option: For events where alcohol is permitted, guests must be 21 years of age or older to bring their own beverages (BYOB). We require all guests to drink responsibly, and any individuals consuming alcohol must provide valid identification upon request. 4. Cleanup Responsibility: Event organizers are responsible for ensuring that the rented space is left in a clean and tidy condition following the event. This includes clearing away any decorations, disposing of trash, and returning furniture to its original arrangement, if moved. Failure to comply may result in additional cleaning fees. These rules are in place to ensure a pleasant and safe experience for all guests. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
