General Rules
No food or drinks near recording equipment – To prevent damage to sensitive equipment, please keep all food and beverages away from the recording area.
Respect booking times – Please arrive and depart on time to ensure the next client can start their session as scheduled.
Pre-booking equipment usage – Any specialized equipment (e.g., lighting, cameras, microphones) must be requested at the time of booking to ensure availability.
Studio cleanliness – Please leave the space as you found it. Clean up all personal belongings and dispose of trash in the provided bins.
Maximum occupancy – The studio has a maximum capacity of [insert number] individuals to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
No unauthorized guests – Only individuals who are part of the booking should be in the studio.
Sound levels – Keep noise levels reasonable to avoid disturbing other tenants or studio users.
Damages – Any damages to equipment or the studio space will be the financial responsibility of the client.
No illegal activities – The studio must not be used for any illegal purposes.
Studio access – Access to the control room or other restricted areas is prohibited unless prior permission has been granted.

Health and Safety Measures
Between bookings we ensure to wipe down all surfaces, chairs and areas that could be or possibly were used by guests. We are meticulous in ensuring we keep our areas clean to ensure clients can arrive and film immediately.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
