Cleaning is not included in the final price and is an additional fee paid directly to the cleaning team. The property undergoes a thorough cleaning process immediately following the departure of each guest. All essential amenities and supplies are replenished to ensure a pristine environment for subsequent guests. Cleaning & Trash Removal: Productions and meeting organizers must ensure the space is cleaned and reset by the end of all activities. Alternatively, cleaning services can be arranged at an additional charge of $500 for strike/wrap-up. Equipment Removal: Guests are responsible for removing all equipment brought into the space by the end of the booking.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
