Meeting-Ready Spaces: - Flexible Rooms: Primary bedroom with king-size bed, additional rooms with a range of bed sizes, plus a spacious office with a queen pull-out sofa. - Comfortable Meeting Areas: The dining room seats 10, and the living room is ideal for brainstorming sessions. The bonus room with a 65-inch TV and air hockey table provides a relaxed atmosphere for informal meetings. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning is not included in the final price and is an additional fee paid directly to the cleaning team. The property undergoes a thorough cleaning process immediately following the departure of each guest. All essential amenities and supplies are replenished to ensure a pristine environment for subsequent guests. Cleaning & Trash Removal: Productions and meeting organizers must ensure the space is cleaned and reset by the end of all activities. Alternatively, cleaning services can be arranged at an additional charge of $500 for strike/wrap-up. Equipment Removal: Guests are responsible for removing all equipment brought into the space by the end of the booking.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
