Our home offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The terrace level includes a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom, dining and living room. The main level offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, lounge, bar, dining and kitchen. The 2nd level offers a bathroom and bedroom. There is a two car detached garage with a full gym. We also have a beautiful zen garden including a 2 tier deck, pond with waterfall and firepit.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We rented Aven's space for a one-day video shoot that included an interview and B-roll footage. The space was perfect for what we needed, allowing us to create multiple set-ups and capture footage for multiple scenes. The home was as pictured in a great ATL neighborhood. Aven was an excellent and attentive host who was prompt and easy to communicate with. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Highly recommend.
