a 5000 square foot newly renovated space that sits on 9 private acres with cliff side views of the Harpeth River and rolling hills of TN. Quite simply, you can not find a better view 25 minutes from Nashville! Perfect for micro-weddings, photo shoots, film shoots or corporate retreats! *sleeps 18 people *movie theatre *game room including pool and ping pong *hot tub *dining room tables can sit 20 people for a dinner party *will host events for over 20 people (50 person cap) for an additional fee

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors

We needed to find a location to shoot content for our artist quickly, and the host was able to respond in a timely manner to help accommodate our shoot. Host was responsive, and the place was a great fit for our production needs! Would book again and/or recommend.
