Cleaning Rules for Eprock Cozy Homes: 1. General Cleanliness: • Please leave the home in the same condition as when you arrived. • Tidy up any messes and spills immediately to prevent stains or damage. 2. Dishes: • All dishes, cookware, and utensils used should be washed, dried, and put away before check-out. • If the dishwasher is available, you can run a cleaning cycle before leaving. 3. Trash Disposal: • Ensure all trash is bagged and placed in the designated outdoor bins. • Recycling should be separated and placed in the appropriate recycling bin. 4. Bedding & Towels: • Please gather all used towels and place them in the bathroom or laundry area. • You do not need to strip the beds, but please avoid leaving wet or soiled linens on the floor or furniture. 5. Furniture & Appliances: • Return all furniture to its original position if moved. • Wipe down any surfaces or appliances (e.g., stove, countertops) that may have been used. 6. Floors: • If you notice any spills or dirt on the floors, please clean them promptly. • Remove shoes when entering to keep floors clean. 7. Outdoor Areas: • If you use the outdoor space, ensure all personal belongings and trash are removed. • Wipe down outdoor furniture if necessary. 8. Accidental Damage: • Please report any spills, stains, or damages immediately so we can address them as soon as possible. 9. Respect Quiet Hours: • During your stay, please be mindful of noise levels, particularly during quiet hours, to avoid disturbing neighbors. 10. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
