We're located in the heart of Downtown Detroit. There are several surrounding paid parking lots in addition to the Greektown Casino garage.

Booking Time: All setup and breakdown time must be included in your booking hours. Overtime is subject to additional charges. Capacity Limit: Maximum occupancy of [insert number] guests. No exceptions. Noise Levels: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially in the evening, as the space is located in a residential area. Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the space. Please dispose of all trash in designated bins and return the space to its original condition. Food and Beverages: Outside food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up all spills and crumbs. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval. Furniture: available for rental Smoking: This is a non-smoking space. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside or near the entrances. Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls, ceilings, or furniture. No glitter, confetti, or open flames. Pets: Pets are not allowed Security: Please ensure the main entrance is securely closed and locked upon departure. Damages: Guests are liable for any damages to the space or its contents during the rental period. A damage deposit may be required. Compliance: All activities must comply with local laws and regulations. No illegal activities or dangerous behavior are allowed.
