We are flexible and can work with you to accommodate most any shoot. If you need special arrangements, please call us and we will work with you. Additional fee to use the inside of the new 5,400sq ft car barn. If you are a production company certificate of Insurance will be required and any required liability leases must be disclosed prior to discussion of final rental rates. We can host up to 100 people outside. Parking for up to 20 cars on property. No driving or parking on grass. Smoking is not allowed due to old wood outbuildings. Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Property is to be left as it's found. Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
