Once the horse stable for the family in residence, home to one of Seattle’s original timber families, it blends early-1900s charm with a fresh, modern social-club feel. Currently home to Birch Road Clubhouse but available for private rentals. THE SPACE The interior keeps the rustic bones of the former stable and garage, with an exposed-beam ceiling and original brick walls. Updated, modern décor makes it feel upscale but relaxed.
