Amenities include a convenient kitchenette, a modern bathroom, and a dedicated hair and makeup station to ensure your subjects look their best. An administrative workstation is available if needed. The studio has full natural light, highlighting the charming exposed brick walls. This well-equipped space is designed to provide everything you need for a successful and comfortable production or event. Weekends - 3 hour minimum

Health and Safety Measures
Ensure the space is returned to its original state. Remove all personal items and dispose of trash in designated bins. Exit the studio by your scheduled end time to avoid overtime fees. Notify the studio manager or staff upon completion, ensuring all obligations are met. The studio will inspect the space after your departure. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
