About the Space
Blank slate, neutral interior designed party room. With separate "parent lounge", prep kitchen and bathroom. Tables can be arranged in different arrangements. We have 34 chairs of the table and chair set shown. Additional lounge seating and plastic white folding chairs available. I'd say max capacity is 45 depending on event and activities. Technology includes wi-fi, streaming capabilities, projector, touch screen tv, led lights and more. Great for corporate and personal! Examples include: Baby Shower, Bridal Shower, Corporate Meeting, Team Building, Workplace Culture Exercises or Strategic Planning. Great for Birthday parties including surprise parties! Also great for presentations, speaking engagements, photography (winter) photo studio, small business classes, pop-up shops or workshops.

The owner cleans in between each booking. We deep clean with a professional cleaner once a year.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
