About the Space

Perfect for small, intimate wedding receptions for 30 to 50 guests with ceremony on site. Perfect for small, intimate wedding receptions, birthday parties, anniversaries, fifteens, showers, etc. for 50 to 80 guests if your ceremony is held elsewhere. Catering will have to be apart of your booking but we have many options! Please check the last photo of the listing to see the options. We have items from simple fruit and charcuterie to a full service dinner buffet. There is a wedding chapel on block from our venue location. If you want a large dance floor, it is best to keep your count at 60 or under. Venue provides black floor length table linen, Bistro style table setup with smaller tables, all food and drink tables, china, simple elegant centerpieces, lots of candles and professional service staff.

Our venue is cleaned before and after each event. All chairs are sprayed with a hydrogen peroxide spray. All surfaces are cleaned and disinfected. All handles, doors, bathrooms, etc. are cleaned and disinfected.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
