About the Space

Our space is curated as a beautiful blank canvas for any event's needs. While we have stylized areas, such as the bathrooms, foyer, and bar, our main ballroom is an open concept room with natural wood colored vinyl floors and a stage. The space lends itself to a variety of activities, such as, but not limited to: weddings, birthday parties, corporate gatherings, dance classes/ socials, and live performances. The main ballroom's layout is flexible and can be set up for sit down dinners or cocktail hours, as well as be used as a dance floor. Other features of the space include: a green room, DJ booth, and commercial kitchen available for vendor use. Additionally, we have a complete sound system, equipped to handle a full live band. Please note, we are in a historic location and our venue is on the second floor, there is no elevator in the building.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
