**SUNDAY & WEEKDAYS AT DISCOUNTED RATE** We just moved in and looking to rent out the space to whoever can use it. The total rentable space is about 950sqf, with the larger area being ~600sqf, and the front office area being ~350sqf. We have hosted a couple baby showers in the front section and have curtains to hide our inventory. We now have 50 folding chairs available to rent @ $2/chair, nine 6' tables @ $10/ea, and two cocktail tables @ $10/ea. The space can also be used for photoshoots, using some of our unique furniture as props (please message us for more info on pricing). We can open the bay door on cooler days, and have large window in the front office. No bubble or fog machines. No glass bottles, only cans and plastics. **THE SPACE IS COMPLETELY EMPTY WHEN RENTED, except for the green block desk in the front room** NOTE: we are a vintage store, and our shop is open 10-4pm on Saturdays. Its available to rent during that time but anyone shopping would share the front door. We would have a staff member behind the desk, directing any shoppers to use the door that opens behind the curtains. They would not walk through the larger event space. For the best experience, I recommend setup before 4pm and any party to happen after the shop closes at 4pm. Across the street from a public park (Wimberly Fields Park) with open fields and basketball courts.
