Large windows throughout the home fill the space with beautiful natural light, and both the living room and bedroom feature breathtaking ocean views. The spacious living room has west-facing windows, providing excellent lighting all day, especially during golden hour at sunset. Depending on the weather, you may experience a stunning view above the clouds or a mysterious foggy scene. A cozy fireplace adds warmth and charm to the space. The balcony includes a seating area, offering additional space and versatility. The primary bedroom and bathroom are available for use, and the garage can be used as a convenient loading or staging area. *Please note: For bookings shorter than 5 hours, the hourly rate will be slightly higher.

Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our home. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Please refer to Peerspace for all of their terms and policies. **Please note, while our minimum booking is 5 hours, we will discuss 4 hours if you are interested, but the hourly rate may be higher. Please, no requests under 4 hours.**
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
