About the Space
The elegance of a performance hall with the intimacy of your favorite tiny jazz club. The Cook House is perfect for auditions, recitals, quartets, combos, and performing acoustic sets for your invite-only, audience. Pocket doors to the music parlor can be closed to allow for private set-up before and between sets. Use of the grand piano is included in your rental fee. Acoustic guitar is available upon request. Green room available upon request. Use of the kitchen is available for caterers. Room recordings are available upon request for an added fee.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
