About the Space
The restaurant resembles a beach community with a New Orleans design. It has tons of natural lighting, spacious seating, bars, high-top seating, and an urban patio space. You'll have full access to the restaurant, from the kitchen, prep, storage, and dining. It's the perfect location for an upscale dining scene or commercial. Parking is extremely convenient and plentiful. There is a full lot dedicated to the restaurant and a private off-site lot for safety. Please message us directly with any questions!

We have ample parking including a large parking lot, private spaces, and free street parking.
General Rules

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We have a hired professional with over 10 years of professional cleaning experience clean each space after each rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
