About the Space

Podcast Space is located inside of creative modern studio space. Our studios can be used for portraits, headshots, branding, product photos, fashion photos, or lifestyle content. A lounge is also provided with the studio space for wardrobe changes and for guests and models to wait. Our space features: - 2 Modern Chairs - Green Velvet Couch - 2 RODE Microphones - Rode Caster Pro 2 Production Studio - 2 Professional Headphones - Floor-based Microphone stands - Table Microphone holders - 2 NEEWER CB200B 210W LED Video Lights - 2 latern softboxes - 2 V-FLAT WORLD Foldable V-Flat Light Reflectors - air-conditioned - window with natural light - blue tooth music speaker Exterior window with natural light. Morning light is the brightest. Bathroom available. Assistant on site to answer questions.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
