About the Space
13'+ lofted ceilings, 90' wall with exposed brick featuring 14 windows, wood floors and beautiful plants. 17'x17' two-wall cyclorama, 140" projector on wall with 4K Apple TV, and production equipment tucked into one end of the space. 4 desks, several casual work spaces, 1 privacy sound canceling phone booth, 8 person tall table, vintage kitchen with dishwasher and coffee bar tucked into the other. Custom blue pool table with option to convert into large collaboration table. Large elevator access, top floor, double door entrance, bathroom and shower on floor. Large free parking lot in back of building. Parking lot shared with Italian Restaurant, Distillery and Winery.

This space was absolutely stunning and Zach, the host was beyond incredible. We used this loft for a photo shoot and everything about this space was fantastic from the lighting to the furniture. It's clear that Zach has put in a ton of work to create such a lovely space and I will definitely be booking this again if I need to. Highly highly recommend.

Zach was such a great host! He was so attentive during the booking and answered any questions I had. He was always on top of it! The studio space is absolutely amazing. It is so fun and unique, I hope to be back again!
