About the Space
Our space although designed for photo and production shoots has become popular for private events. We are a creative space and our guests enjoy the creative design features of this property. We are located just 7 blocks from the central riverfront across from Great American Ballpark in Newport, Ky. We are easy to find and situated in a quant historic district with plenty of private parking and ADA accessibility. Vendors and guests alike love the convenient loading/unloading from curbside. Weather permitting we can be an indoor/outdoor venue which is bright and airy with good airflow. Vibe is already provided, you may add to it as you wish but isn't always necessary. We can accommodate around 150 people in a casual cocktail party format but only about 40 comfortably if you are hosting a sit down meal. Please reach out to see if our venue is right for your event. We would love to explore the possibilities with you. * We have a 5hr minimum booking request for events. Usually 1hr for set up, 3hrs for the event and 1hr for cleanup. You are welcome to book additional time when needed.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
