We offer free driveway parking for 1-2 cars. There is plenty of free street parking in front of the home and in the general area.

Pet Policy: - Approval Required: All pets must be approved by the host. Add them to your reservation and include their weight and breed in a message. - Allowed: 1 hypoallergenic or low-shedding dog up to 30 pounds per reservation. - Fee: $200; guests staying over two weeks must schedule a mid-stay cleaning. - Unapproved Pets: $500 fee or more for unapproved pets, depending on damages. Rules: Pets must have their bed, cannot be on furniture or beds, and must be walked for bathroom needs. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after pets. Damage: Additional fees may apply for damages caused by pets. - Only the guests on the booked reservation are allowed at the house. No additional guests and/or visitors are allowed at the house unless approved in advance. - We've created a gorgeous and welcoming space for friends and family to relax and be together. Our home is not a party house. We ask guests to respect our home, our lovely neighborhood, and our neighbors during their stay. - We have a strict NO smoking policy on our property. - Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum and move conversations indoors after 9 PM to respect neighbors. If you plan to make excessive noise, this property may not be suitable for you. - We have a policy in place that does not permit outdoor music or portable speakers. This policy helps us ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for our neighbors and community. - If the rules are not followed and there is a City of San Diego violation cited as a result of a guest making excessive noise, we have the right to fine the Guest. By booking, the Guest acknowledges the “good neighbor policy” and the responsibility to pay fines levied by the City of San Diego if the policy is broken.
