General Rules
1. Respect the Space: Treat our property with care and leave it in the condition you found it. Any damage or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
2. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the space. Please use designated outdoor areas if available.
3. The fireplace is unsafe to use, using it will result in a fine.
4. Max Occupancy: Please adhere to the maximum number of guests specified in the listing. Overcrowding can lead to additional fees and safety concerns.
5. Noise Levels: Keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. Excessive noise may result in a warning or early termination of the event.
6. No Parties or Events: Unauthorized parties or large gatherings are not allowed unless pre-approved. Any planned events must be discussed and approved in advance.
7. Alcohol Policy: Consumption of alcohol is allowed only if stated in the listing. Please drink responsibly and ensure that all guests follow local laws.
8. Clean-Up: Leave the space tidy. Dispose of trash in designated bins and clean up after yourself. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the space is left in disarray.
9. Access and Security: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the space. Any lost or misplaced keys may incur a replacement fee.
10. Respect Neighbors: Be considerate of the surrounding community. Avoid blocking driveways or disrupting local traffic.
11. Use of Equipment: If your booking includes equipment or amenities, use them as intended. Any misuse or damage may result in additional charges.
12. Check-Out Time: Adhere to the specified check-out time to avoid additional fees. Ensure the space is left as you found it.

To ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for all our guests, our property undergoes a thorough cleaning after each visit. This includes sanitizing all surfaces, vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, and ensuring that all amenities are spotless. We also carefully inspect each room to confirm that everything is in perfect order and ready for your use. Our goal is to provide you with a pristine space that meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. If you have any specific needs or requests, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
