About the Space
Perfect for users of any DAW, bring your laptop over and hook up to our system, which is always ready to record an entire band including a full drum kit. We have amps, guitars, basses, mics and stands, an isolation booth for vocals, and extra inputs for whatever you’d like to bring (synths etc.) No noise complaints, make as much sound as you’d like. Be a part of the lively community of artists and musicians in this building. Get the space all to yourself and/or your band, spend all day and night creating. Assistance from an engineer in the building, can answer any questions that come up. Looking for $900 a month for one artist or group to take 2 full days a week, 9am-9am, we can work out the days. Alternatively, weekly morning sessions are available, 6am-12pm for $320 a month I'm an engineer, I record bands out of this room, and I do rehearsals for my own projects. I'm hoping to share with somebody equally determined to keep an organized, clean, and functional space. Wheelchair accessible and bathrooms down the hall

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
