About the Space

Our home is an 1890's Victorian single-family home. The main floor has an open living and dining room layout with a separate kitchen off the main room. From exposed brick to original hardwood floors, this house casts a vintage meets modern meets witchy vibe perfect for photoshoots or small gatherings,

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

This was an amazing space for our corporate headshots and website videos. The house was darker than expected, but our videographer had external lighting that we were able to use in the house and lighting from outside. There was plenty of room out in back for people to sit and wait for their turn but not disturb people inside doing videos. Really cool alcove space in the back for rustic videos. Plenty of parking outside and an easy location to find. Host was super helpful in reserving the space and also communication throughout the process.
