Our massive studio space is available for rent! We have floor to ceiling, south facing windows, rustic wooden floors, tons of storage for events, and a freight elevator for equipment AND conveniently located 1 block from the F Bergen stop. The space is on the 2nd floor, has separate bathrooms and exudes authentic historic Brooklyn. Close to beautiful Brooklyn brownstone streets. Changing room on-site. 12ft ceiling All sample sale necessities available for low rental cost-rolling racks, steamers, hangers, shopvac, etc 48hr advance delivery okay. On-site, scheduled supervision required for loading and unloading. This is not an entirely private space. Unlocked wall partions separate a private workspace. Useable space is 1200sq ft, storage space is about 200sq in adjacent room.

Space must be left trash free and clear of garbage. No oversized garbage disposal. Surfaces must be wiped, and clean floors please.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
