About the Space
Our versatile space offers a wide range of activities and setups, making it perfect for productions, live events, and outdoor gatherings. We feature a 3200 square foot production studio equipped with a 40x20' blue screen cyclorama wall, ideal for film, video, and photography shoots. The studio also includes dedicated stations for photography, podcasting, and editing, providing a full-service creative environment. For live events, music performances, and speeches, we offer a 1600 square foot live performance stage, creating an excellent setting for concerts, presentations, or intimate gatherings. Additionally, our 1.5-acre outdoor plot is perfect for outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and more. By 2025, the space will feature beautiful gardens, making it an even more stunning venue for special events.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning Process: We take cleanliness seriously to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Before and after each event, the space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, including all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, tables, and equipment. Restrooms are stocked and cleaned before each booking. We ask guests to leave the space in the same condition they found it. Basic cleaning, such as clearing trash and wiping down surfaces, is required. Trash bags and cleaning supplies will be provided. For larger messes or spills, please notify us immediately so we can address it.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
