At Our Germantown Avenue Event Space, situated in Philadelphia's historic Germantown district, our mission is to provide an exceptional event experience characterized by elegance, flexibility, and unparalleled service! We offer discounts for funeral repasses and memorials. We offer banquet-style seating with round and rectangle tables that comfortably seat up to 75 guests, color-changing recessed lights that can create a variety of ambiance options, 2 bathrooms, a refrigerator, sink and microwave, and a 75-inch television to show pictures, stream movies, etc.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Reggie was a great host & the space was everything we needed ! I ran into a few hiccups & he definitely helped in those areas I lacked so I appreciate that . It was actually bigger than I expected which was even better . The bathroom was very clean & there was more than enough furniture . He even helped us clean up ! My only suggestion is to maybe have a Wi-Fi that guest can hook up to for music/entertainment purposes but other than that this is a really nice spot !

Everything was so nice! The owner is very professional, WILL work with you! Nice and clean space, can hold up a nice amount of people. Place is intimate and can be used for almost everything. I WILL be Booking there again. I really enjoyed myself and so did my guest, THANK YOU

This was a great rental space. Reginald was very nice, attentive and went above and beyond as a host. Not only did he provide a great venue, he assisted with set up and made sure he was available for any questions during our event.
