Unique Larkinville Studio Space
About the Space
Our studio space is located in the Larkinvill district, just 5 minutes from downtown Buffalo. Our space has been primarily used as a boudoir photography studio and is equipped with a bed, two couches, a variety of chairs/ stools, and lighting. I would love to welcome wellness practitioner into our space as I believe is would be a very inviting setting for clients to relax and connect. It has been a priority of mine to keep our space feeling clean, sacred, creative, and safe for anyone that enters. The studio is all open but includes an private dressing room/ closet area, TV Viewing Space, and larger open space for small gathering or workshops. Bathrooms are close by just outside the studio door.

Our studio space is cleaned weekly and based upon appointment.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
