Spacious rooms w/Natural light & movable furniture

Huge living room space with hardwood floors and freshly painted white walls available for photo or video shoots a sound bath or any event that needs the space. Dinner parties are welcome if you bring your own supplies: table, dishes, etc. Or use throw pillows and go for an India-themed dinner, or use the navy blue and gold couch provided. (I have 4 kitchen chairs, 2 couches that fit 5, another lounge chair and 2 bar stools) Spacious, natural lighting and good vibes. Kitchen and bathroom are available if needed AND REQUESTED. ***NOTE*** Please let me know if you need ONE of the bedrooms. Both bedrooms are not available at anytime and not automatically booked. Must be requested. MUST LOAD OUT all EQUIPMENT, PEOPLE and TRASH by the end of your booking time. Please schedule enough time to pack up, take out the trash, and be outside of the building by the end of your time. YOU WILL BE CHARGED OVERTIME per MINUTE past your booking time. If you booked 12-3, everyone must be out and door closed by 3. Please prepare for proper load in and load out time. I've had issues in the past with people not respecting the space and not removing their trash. When inquiring about the booking please type in the message I AGREE TO REMOVE MY TRASH & LEAVE THE SPACE CLEAN.
