The building offers a combination of indoor, covered outdoor, and uncovered outdoor seating. No matter the weather you and your guests will have a comfortable place to gather to enjoy the natural beauty. Events that work well in the space are corporate team off-site meetings, board meetings, entertaining clients, and adult birthday parties.

Parking description

There is an onsite gravel parking lot with 12 parking spaces. It is near the building and has a gentle slope up to the front door. There is one concrete ADA accessible parking spot next to the building. There is a flat concrete walkway to take you the short distance from the accessible space to the front door.

Lighting description

The building has large windows on three sides to bring the beauty of the vineyard and forested hills indoors. There is a lot of natural light.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

There is some road noise from the lightly trafficked country road that accesses the property. There is a gun club close enough that you can occasionally hear gunshots but it is far enough away that it is not very loud. It is a working farm so there sometimes there is tractor noise when the team is out in the vineyard.

Trucks can be unloaded onto the ADA accessible parking pad. The is a flat concrete walkway covering the short distance from the ADA accessible parking to the front door.

General Rules

All events must end by 9 pm. Our license allows for the consumption of wine, beer, and cider. No spirits can be consumed on the property. Guests should not walk unattended by a staff member into the vineyard. It is a working farm. No minors

Ages 21+

Security cameras and recording devices

The building has several exterior video security cameras covering most of the building perimeter. One of the cameras also has a view into the outside covered tasting space. These cameras will be on and will be recording. They are set to automatically delete the footage after several days unless there is an incident and we need to retrieve it. The building does not have audio recording devices.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
