About the Space
Over 200 acres of beautiful rolling TN hills, rustic barns, silos, ponds, forests and valleys. Sweeping views from high atop the hills. Great for all shoots - film, TV, photo, or video. Two indoor options for lodging, meetings, dressing, and glam space can be booked for an additional fee - The Big House and The Dairy Barn.

General Rules
No smoking anywhere on the property. We have hay barns and grazing cattle, so please help us protect both. Outside catering is allowed.

It's a farm. It's all outdoors. If you book either of the indoor spaces, those are cleaned by professionals who follow all health and safety guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
