Trash Removal: - Empty all trash bins and replace liners. - Check for any trash left on tables, sofas, or the floor and dispose of it properly. 3. Surface Cleaning: - Wipe down all tables, chairs, and sofas with disinfectant wipes or a mild cleaning solution. - Clean any high-touch areas like doorknobs, light switches, and countertops. - Clean mirrors, glass, or decorative items with appropriate cleaners. 4. Floor Cleaning: - Sweep or vacuum the entire floor to remove dust and debris. - Mop the floor using a gentle floor cleaner suitable for the surface type. 5. Restroom Cleaning (if applicable): - Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and counters. - Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and paper towels. - Empty trash bins and replace liners. 6. Tableware and Accessories: - Collect all reusable tableware and party accessories. - Wash and sanitize all items thoroughly or send them for professional cleaning if needed. 7. Air Circulation: - Ensure the space is well-ventilated by opening windows or using air purifiers, if available. 8. Final Inspection: - Do a final walk-through to ensure all areas are spotless.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
