A former appliance store, built in 1941. Interior is 1970s pine slat, concrete building with concrete floor. Two large windows face the north, only glass block windows on the west side wall. The afternoon sunlight creates a different mood than morning or evening. A variety of overhead and lamp lighting is in place.
The backroom is also an analog recording studio with a very eclectic and colorful feel. A plethora of musical instruments are on hand.
The retail space layout can be very open, with record racks on rolling casters. Otherwise, isles of records, a CD section, and a vintage clothing area with a restroom is the standard layout.
This space is great for photoshoots, music videos or movie/film shoots.
